The HERC (Hiphop Education Resource Center) is a community space in Salt Lake City that provides educational and enrichment opportunities to people of all ages. They wanted something that embodied the life and energy they aim to put into the community as well as being somewhat all ages. We decided on this poppy graphic illustration with bold colors paying homage to the 90s.
