The Green Loop project is an in-progress intiative aimed at providing a more comfortable way for people to get around downtown without a car. Think of it as Salt Lake’s front yard. Part park, part street, it offers low stress biking and walking options, and space for relaxation, events, and play while adding more trees and plants downtown. We created a bike path mural spanning two city blocks to lead to an event space that hosted a block party every weekend in September, as well as informational signage explaining The Green Loop project and the benefits it brings to a space.

We opted for a negative space bike path to better highlight the updated use of the road, and create a more immersive experience when using the bike path.
